D-type Hydra Pulper (for Higher waste paper) : 

The generating turbulence in the conventional pulper has been changed, the turbulence is intensified and so the paper bundle is quickly soaked. In this method the waste paper slushing in pulper is improved and so increasing the production of pulper. It can reduce the pulping time, save energy and increase the specific production in volume.

The higher efficient cleaning system of pulper, which consists of an impurities separator and a drum screen, can discharge the heavy impurities from a separately setting box so to protect equipment from damage by heavy partials, and also discharge plastic pieces. It is more suitable for pulping OCC, commercial waste paper continually or in batch.
